Dear Triple Goddess Yogis,


For those of you who follow me on social media, you may have noticed I've been a little quiet lately. The truth is, I’ve just been incredibly busy moving home! It’s been a challenging month (year), and though I took some time off to restore, I hit the ground running as soon as I returned to London. But now, I’m finally finding my feet again, and I’m excited to share some wonderful updates with you.

OM YOGA FESTIVAL – Less than a Week Away!

Chair Yoga designed to help your life-style ‘menohack' your joint pain on a daily basis - targeting tight shoulders and hips whilst sitting down! Slow down, reset, and rejuvenate.
