As we welcome the energy of spring, Easter reminds us of both receiving and giving, whether it's through traditions like sharing chocolate eggs or by embracing moments of rest and renewal for ourselves. In yoga, this balance of giving and receiving is mirrored in our breath, in the ebb and flow of movement and stillness.
Yet somehow, weāve already arrived in the fourth month of the year. Time feels like itās moving fast, speeding up, even in Mercury Retrograde, when things appear to slow down. This is exactly why Aprilās focus is on slowing down as we enter the last week of Mercury Retrograde energy.
MyoYin ā A Practice of Introspection: Deep Open, Breathe, Release

These sessions are aboutĀ deep opening, breath awareness, and release -Ā a chance to pause, reflect, and tune into how your breath is truly serving your mind and body. The attitude of the practice will beĀ reaching deep into the depths of the fascia, helping to dislodge tight muscles.
