After an incredible experience at the OM Yoga Festival, where we spent three amazing days meeting beautiful souls, teaching yoga, and WOWZA selling all but one of my books, I’m thrilled to say

The festival fever continues! Join me at the Mind, Body, Spirit Festival on Saturday, November 16th. I’ll be giving a special talk on Midlife Wisdom, followed by a book signing with Watkins Publishing. And if that’s not enough, I’ll be leading an afternoon Menopause yoga class for Menobelly Bliss You won’t want to miss this!

November marks the official launch of our special MyoYin classes! 


At the OM Yoga Festival, we gave away tennis balls with my book—and here’s why: to help you learn the art of self-massage. Now, we’re inviting you to deepen your understanding of your own body and how to manage your stress on a physical and mental level. Starting this November, join us for Self-Care Sundays twice a month from 5:00 - 6:15 PM.


These classes beautifully combine Yin yoga and myofascial release, offering the perfect mix of relaxation and rejuvenation to end your Sunday and prepare for the week ahead!


For these MyoYin classes at basic level you will need a tennis ball. As you progress and become addicted to the practice (which you will as it is LIFE CHANGING, self-massage and release of all that does not serve you!) One will progressively add to the myofascial tool collection.


Exclusive Members can join live classes and watch recordings as often as they like—forever! If you purchase single classes, you'll receive a recording that will be a live link and available for 1 week. Classes are £10 each or FREE for Exclusive Members.
